Tomato salsa

1/2 lb tomatoes
3 spring onion
1 clove of garlic
1 red chilli
olive oil
coriander leaf (fresh if you have it)
Finely chop the garlic, chilli and spring onion
Chop the tomatoes.
Combine the tomataoes, garlic, chilli and spring onion.
Combine lime juice and olive oil.
Pour a little oil/lime juice over the tomato salsa. Sprinkle on some coriander leaf and toss well.
