Baked paleo yam chips

Ingredients:
sweet potatoes (yams)
garlic powder
cayenne chilli pepper
olive oil
salt and pepper

Cut the sweet potato into 1/2" pieces.
Combine olive oil with garlic powder and cayenne chilli pepper.
Coat the sweet potato in it.

Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on grill tray.
Preheat grill and bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
Done when you can stick a fork in 'em!
Carb up!
