Ingredients: 3 ripe avoacadoes 1 lime 1 red onion 1-2 red chillies (2 for extra spiciness!) 1 tsp garlic powder pepper |
Peel and deseed the avoacodoes. |
Mash with a potato masher or a fork...or for the lazy way out, throw them in a blender for a few seconds...but then you'll have to wash that up! |
Finely chop the onion and chilli. |
Add the onion, chilli, garlic powder and pepper to taste. Squeeze in the lime juice. |
Mix everything up well. |
Transfer to serving bowl and serve with carrot and celery sticks. |
