Guacamole with carrot and celery sticks

3 ripe avoacadoes
1 lime
1 red onion
1-2 red chillies (2 for extra spiciness!)
1 tsp garlic powder

Peel and deseed the avoacodoes.

Mash with a potato masher or a fork...or for the lazy way out, throw them in a blender for a few seconds...but then you'll have to wash that up!

Finely chop the onion and chilli.

Add the onion, chilli, garlic powder and pepper to taste. Squeeze in the lime juice.

Mix everything up well.
Transfer to serving bowl and serve with carrot and celery sticks.
