clove of garlic
freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander/2-3 tbsp fresh
1/2 onion, chopped
couple of handfuls of mushrooms
|Crush the garlic.|
Combine with lime juice, 2 tbsp walnut oil, chilli powder and cumin.
Stir well, or shake it up in a jar.
|Cut the meat into strips and pour the marinade over.|
Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
|Heat a little coconut oil, then add the marinaded steak. Cook for one minute, then turn and cook for another minute.|
|Add the chopped veg and cook for about 4-5 minutes.|
|Add the tomato. Cook for one minute.|
Add the coriander, stir, then remove from the heat and let stand for 3 minutes.
