Crush the garlic. Combine with lime juice, 2 tbsp walnut oil, chilli powder and cumin. Stir well, or shake it up in a jar. |
Cut the meat into strips and pour the marinade over. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours. |
Heat a little coconut oil, then add the marinaded steak. Cook for one minute, then turn and cook for another minute. |
Add the chopped veg and cook for about 4-5 minutes. |
Add the tomato. Cook for one minute. Add the coriander, stir, then remove from the heat and let stand for 3 minutes. |
