Pork meatballs

Ingredients:
1lb pork mince
1 red onion
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsps ground linseed
sage
marjoram
chillies

Fry the onions and garlic until softened.
Allow to cool

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with clean hands.

Shape into balls.
Bake for 30-40 minutesat 180C
Eat 'em!
