Ingredients: 1lb pork mince 1 red onion 1 egg 2 cloves of garlic 3 tbsps ground linseed sage marjoram chillies |
Fry the onions and garlic until softened. Allow to cool |
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with clean hands. |
Shape into balls. Bake for 30-40 minutesat 180C |
